Can't Pay Invoice - NonProfit Discount Not Applied

Hello,

We were issued an invoice on 6/8/25 with a due date of 6/15/25. Our non-profit discount was not applied. Today, 6/10/25, we received a message that our account was past due and suspended. I don’t know how if the invoice is due on the 15th. Someone at support needs to respond to my email. I love the platform but this has been an issue every year. @moe @Adi @Kristen
