HELP: My APP IS REMOVED!

My app is completedly erased! I cannot login ? Everything is down and gone?
Is anyone experiencing similar issues?

You are not imagining it - I experienced a very similar issue this morning. Multiple pages across my app were returning “Data table not found” errors, despite no changes on my side. The cards were taking forever to load with no success. I initially thought it was a local/session issue and tried refreshing, logging out/in, and switching pages, but the problem persisted for approximately 10 minutes before resolving on its own.

This was concerning, as I am currently in the process of deploying Tadabase more broadly across the business, and from an enterprise / regulated-environment perspective, platform reliability and availability are critical. Even short, unexplained outages create confidence and risk-management concerns.

Hopefully support can confirm whether there was a transient backend issue or outage during that window, and whether any monitoring or RCA will be shared. I ended up not contacting support since the issue has resolved on its own.

Just wanted to confirm you’re not alone in seeing this or similar today.

we have some issues with custom javascript loading but the apps and data are as they should be

@slimpens This obviously sounds very concerning and I can assure you no app is just removed or erased. I assume you’ve had it resolved with support since? I was informed of an incident involving our caching servers that lasted for several minutes which is the issue @Baion is referncing. As far as we know all systems are fully operational. We will follow up with an update on that incident.
