Hide Empty Columns

Add table option to “hide empty columns”.

Example Story: We have projects. Each project has tasks that we display in a table. All new tasks have a ID# that is generated by our system. Some of our projects have customer supplied Item #s. When these are applicable (and have been populated), we would like that column to appear in the tasks table. When the column isn’t relevant, we would like it to disappear.
