What is the best route to get support these days?

What is the best way to get in touch with Tadabase support staff these days?

I’m trying the chat, but am on the other side of the world from a time zone perspective and it’s really slow going and a bit hit and miss.

Asynchronous communication is often a challenge. I’d recommend emailing support and include a walk through video or detailed screenshots illustrating your issue. Provide them with any relevant page links so they can investigate and come back to you.
