I’m planning to build an AI-powered chatbot application using Tadabase and would love to hear how others have approached similar projects.
My goal is to create a chatbot that can:
Answer user questions based on stored data.
Integrate with OpenAI or another LLM API.
Save chat history for each user.
Support user authentication and role-based access.
Trigger workflows or database actions based on chatbot responses.

Has anyone successfully integrated OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude with Tadabase?
What’s the best way to structure the database for storing conversations?
Are there recommended automation tools (Make, Zapier, webhooks, etc.) for chatbot workflows?
How do you handle API limits and response times?
Any tips for keeping the chatbot responsive and scalable as the number of users grows?
I’d appreciate any examples, tutorials, or best practices from anyone who has built an AI chatbot using Tadabase or similar no-code platforms.
