Builder Chat and support.tadabase.io Portal Down

Moe and Team,

I have noticed that I’ve been unable to use the builder chat for the past couple of days, and it appears that support.tadabase.io has been taken down. I have several open tickets that have not been updated by your team for some time.

Could you please clarify your plans for how we can submit and manage support tickets moving forward and how we should interact with your team for general assistance?

The builder chat should be working, is it not loading for you? You should see a chat widget in the corner and a Chatwoot window should appear.

We are working on a brand new support platform fully custom built (on Tadabase) and all your old tickets will be visible again. We’ve had issues with nearly every platform we’ve used for different reasons and finally committed to custom build it.

We’re aiming to have a solution that will work seemlessly with our entire ecosystem from bugs, tasks, marketing, support etc…

Thanks for the update. I have had issues with the chat the past few days. The messages appear in red and there is a resend button but it does nothing.
