Does anyone have a hack for changing a search module dropdown to a checkbox?

I have a bunch of decision boxes that I currently have set to “Select Operators” and “is checked” but it displays a dropdown box that looks like this:

I would like to present the option like this (see below) so the user doesn’t have to do 2 clicks:

Does anybody have any ideas?

I don’t know how your table is structured, but I have a search table whereas options can be selected or unselected. The query is only run when all the options have been selected. Maybe you have to change the way the table is designed ?
