Does anyone know if we can duplicate a record entry and all sub-record entries? (See picture below)

This is another example of something that will easily be achieved using a pipe. We’ll build out a pipe for this so you can do this very easily. At this time there’s no way to do this internally. Instead of explaining how this will work, I’ll try to post a video in the next day or so of this in action.
Sadly, we couldn’t roll out pipes last night as was was planned. We hope it’ll be live in the next 2-3 days.

Hey Adam, just wanted to give you a sneak peek of the Pipe we created for duplicating Child Records.
Here’s what the settings look like in the record rules:
And here’s the final outcome.
The gist of it is that we simply select to import records from another table and reassign them to this record. Suppose you have set job types that each requires specific tasks, you can use those as templates and do an automated import for new jobs.
We have something similar for duplicating records. At this time there’s no way to import records and all its child records at the same time. It would have to be a 2 step process. It’s possible, we just haven’t added it yet.
