I have identified in one of my applications that the email settings needed to be refreshed with a new password. But I only realised I had this problem is because one automatic email that appears in tadabase email logs as if it had been sent successfully did not arrive.
I would like to suggest, that if possible, we could have a status field or something to alert us of possible issues with the credentials in the email settings section.
