Email status blocked

Hello friends,

We have setup custom SMTP using smtp.office365.com. It was working fine.
Now the email is not going from the application.
When I check the email Logs in Email settings, it shows last few emails status as blocked.

What is the reason?
How can we resolve it?

What is your usual email volume, frequency, behavior? Is this a new problem? Has anything changed in your emailing behavior?

Thanks for your response.
We started custom SMTP almost couple of weeks ago. Right now, frequency is quite less 2-3 emails per day.

We have not changed anything.

Is it blocked by Tadabase?

We can’t see anything inside your account here, I’m sorry but I can’t answer that.

It could be anything, email deliverability has a lot of factors that affect it. Spam reports, too many links, trigger words, etc.

Have you contacted Support? Email support@tadabase.io or use the chat in the builder.
