Extended condition filtering (connected tables) also for card components

The extended way of filtering in tables is very helpful, especially when you have connected tables.

This is not possible in cards. I really need this. This functionality must come into cards (or please explain how I can do extended filtering in custom components.

In cards, this doesn’t work:

I will check. I found another solution in such that I link double: both to the user table and to the employee table.
