I have been using a particular fill PDF button for two years without issue. Depending on the record values, a different PDF would be filled using filtering rules. All of a sudden, these filters have stopped working.
My first thought is they were brought in line with scheduled action rules (fine) but the behavior is not even consistent there.
If my record is Class ID 10101 then it should use the Coversheet-CTF PDF, but it is currently generating the Coversheet-TANF even when the filter is not being met. Have filters just been turned off?
