How do I setup the filters like done in Excell?

I am new here, and I am setting up my first table, how do I add the option to add filters like in excel, so I can only view the data I am looking for?

When showing a table on a page, you can choose the filters for that particular data table.

I didn’t find clear instructions, all I found is the option to build for each column a unique filter
