Hi, so I’m new to Tadabase and it’s been a week that I’m unable to import records into a table. The import always gets stuck between 60% - 80%. I reached out to support but a week later no response.
Can anyone in the community maybe have some advice on why this importing of records gets struck randomly. I’m trying to import a csv file with a record count around 19000
Split your .csv into a couple of smaller files. Try groupings of ~5000. I would assume that would bypass the issue unless you have run up against the record limit for your plan.
