Indented Table or Tree View

Hi,

When I have lots of levels of records it would be more logical to view them in an indented table or a Tree View, eben n expandable tree view Menu for example.

Thanks

Dan

Hi Dan,

You can go to “Settings”, “Support” and then Table Connection Details or Table Connection Graph… This should give you the necessary insights:)

Hi,

No, I mean in the live app, so with records that have connections to themselves they create a tree like structure.

In a table they are just lots of records one below another.

So imagine the Pages Structure in the Builder, they are in a tree/indented and also expandable and collaspable to make it easier to see what is a child of what parent above.

Thanks

Dan

Can you show an example or use case of what you have in mind? If records are connected to themselves you want them to be shown again based on a connection field?

Hi Moe,

The use is for Projects which can have Sub Projects or Locations that have multiple levels below like Campus/Site, Building, Floor, Room, etc.

A good example is here: TreeGrid - JavaScript grid, tree view, chart | TreeGrid

Thanks

Dan

Hi,

Any plans to add this view type and if so an ETA?

Thanks

Dan
