IS TB affected by the AWS outage

Hi, i could access my app earlier this mornng but now i can’t. Is TB affected by the AWS outage?

If so, are there any options to access our apps or do we wait until AWS has resolved it.

I was offline …then back online and unusable currently (based in Ireland/Europe)

There is still ongoing issues impacting us periodically. The issues are now mostly on our load balancers, specifically the network ones.

I have been having an issue uploading files via a Make intagration. Im getting no eeror on the make side but the files stopped upoloading since last night. the last step in the integration is we email the file to the customer as an attachment and that works fine but th eupload which is the step just before the email says record updated successfully but the file doesnt get uploaded. I reported it to support on the chat but have not heard back all day.
