Issue uploading PDF Form

I am trying to upload a PDF Form to Automation → PDF Forms. I get an error “The file failed to upload.” What could the issue be?

@bradenal open pdf in browser and ctrl+p select “save as PDF”. It is working.

Are you using dropbox for your file storage?

The Current Limitations for PDF Forms are as follows:

  • Only PDF files are allowed
  • Max of 10 pages per PDF
  • PDF must be smaller than 5MB
  • PDF cannot be encrypted or password protected
  • English is the only language supported.
