Password reset mails are not being sent at this moment.
Do you have an update on when it is working again, or is it better to move to Sendgrid?

This should be resolved.
I do recommend to use your own SMTP servers to ensure this never happens to you.
Sendgrid used to be our recommendation but we’ve since had several terrible experiences with them and now use Amazon SES and Postmark. Sendgrid is very quick to shut down your account for the smallest issues and will then take 5 days to respond.

We’ve been using Mailgun for the past 6 months without issue. There is a “probation” period when you open your account until you verify your information with support, but it isn’t too painful to do.
