No support? What am I missing?

I am wondering if this is something only we are experiencing, or if this is a general feeling.

Lately (last weeks/months) we have been receiving little to no support or even responses from the Tadabase team. Whether by chat, email, ticket system… I either get no response at all, or if I’m lucky - a simple “we opened a ticket” which stays open and not updated for weeks on end.

Am I missing a magical support channel that I don’t know about? I’m talking about actual bugs, some of them crucial to basic app functionality. The tickets that are open are never updated anymore, and other attempts at getting in contact with support are ignored.

Any ideas from the community?

Ever since Tim left support is basically non existent

Is your issue something you want to run past the rest of the community? Maybe other users have already solved this issue.

I wish I had a magic back door to reach Support - they’ll get to everything eventually, but sometimes it can take some time. Small team supporting a lot of users.
