Open URL in New Tab from a Link Field

Is it possible to control a link field to open in a new tab? I find myself closing down the program accidentally when I close links.

Hey Henry!

You may be talking about a link field that is added in the Data Builder or for example, a record details link inside a component on the Page builder. So, I’ll include how to set this for both.

  1. The link field in the Data Builder has an option to “Open link in new window”

  2. When adding say, a record details link, and you want that to open in a new tab, you may edit the link and select the “Open link in new window” option to Yes as well.

Hi Chem,

Very helpful! I had been trying to change the parameter from a Page Builder Detail, but I see now that I can control it from the Data Builder.
