PDF Alpha - Support for modal pop-up forms?

Hi Support,

In my testing I’ve found that the Alpha Print PDF button doesn’t work if the page launching it is a modal pop-up. Is this something that could be fixed / enhanced or it is going to stay that way and only support non-modal pop-up pages?

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As you know, PDF Alpha is as is. We welcome all requests for enhancement, and I can recommend putting functionality for Alpha Print PDF on a modal pop-up in our suggestion box. :slight_smile:

No, support said that they would look into it but I’ve not chased. I’ll see if I can get an update on the ticket.

I am also running into this issue. It would be helpful if you could download from modal.
