The PDF is not been attaching on emails after updating a form, Anyone has a solution?

I hope Sal has fixed his, not ours yet.
I already did send an email, opened a ticket and chat … a week ago, but sadly still not working.
It does send the email but it shows an attachment with no name and shows like is downloading but nothing is attach , see picture.
