A PIPE I have in place for months (sending info to eSignature Sales Contracts) suddenly started passing the record ID for connected field rather than the value. 
e.g. Sales Rep is in user table, was passing name of rep now suddenly passing the recordID of that record in the User Table. (Default Display Field for User table is Name). So instead of the reps name appearing in Sales Contract the RecordID is appearing 
This is happening for other connected fields (sales query ref which is coming from another table (Queries), surveyor name also coming from User Table ).
I reported this a week a go to support but have had no response. This is impacting my live app (sales contracts) and ongoing integration work to survey software which is now on hold.
Anybody know if this is a bug ? broad bug or my app ? or something I can fix locally
