Replace radio button text with image

I was wondering if it’s possible to replace the text in a radio button with a custom image?

For example, if someone is filling out a loan application and can choose between a car and a house, I would like to use my own images of the car and house rather than just the text.

I am aware that icons can be used, but I am trying to figure out the flexibility in case an icon that I want doesn’t exist.

Hi Josh, this is not currently an option, only icons.

In this Ideas & Product Feedback category, the intention is for users to post their ideas/suggestions and then let other users vote if they agree this is functionality we need - and then the dev team can consider adding it to the roadmap.
