Rollup field data condition not working

Hi everyone,

This issue is currently being looked at by the development team. In the meantime, I am interested if anyone has encountered the same problem.

I have a rollup field which sums a field based on the following criteria:

This does not work. If I specify a custom value though, it does work:

I have tried a fixed value in a table field and this also does not work:

Any feedback would be much appreciated as I am currently unable to proceed with a system demo.

Hi @MLM ,
I think the issue is with the Connected value you are using for the Current Financial Year & Period Name.
Have you checked it, the formulas are giving correct values and having a correct connection with the required table?

Hi Aparana,

Thanks you for your prompt feedback. The child records are connected to the parent record using the Club field.The year and period values are selection criteria for the child records within that connection. The Rollup field works correctly when the criteria of the required year and period are expressed as Custom values. It is when these criteria are contained in field values that the Rollup does not work. The support team have validated this so need to investigate further.

Hi Aparana,

This extract from the data model shows the connection between the two tables. There is an Account Transaction record for each account and period. The Club record only shows the Rollup totals of selected child records for the latest period.
