Hello Tadabase Community,
Is there anyone here who works through Upwork? We find it to be an easy platform for paying subcontractors, but we’re open to other suggestions.
Unfortunately, “Tadabase” is not a searchable skill on Upwork, making it hard to find experts.
We’re looking for occasional support and brainstorming sessions to ensure we’re following best practices and fully leveraging Tadabase’s resources and functionality.

Correct, Upwork has a lot of limitations for both contractors and freelancers. There is a mechanism to suggest new skills to their library, but it doesn’t like most suggestions.
The best you could do is include skills like “no-code development” “low code & RAD” “database” “app development” and then make sure you mention in your written job description that you prefer they use Tadabase.

This community is a great alternative to Upwork - you will find lots of @partners here who are happy to hop on a call and help with issues.
