Send an automated email to many [Users mail field]

When an action button is executed I’ve noticed that the automatic mail is only sent to 1 user (the first one) and not to all those related to the field

Just to clarify, is the field that contains the users a one-to-many connection?

We are trying to send automated email weekly to our users but only first record is getting sent through email.
