The inline edit feature is very useful. It would streamline entry speed if the focus would automatically go to the input box when the user clicks the cell to be edited. Currently you need to click the cell, then move the mouse to the box and click the box, then begin input.

Great request. We’ve recently done this in the builder and will eventually add this to app side as well.

I have an application that I am migrating that relies heavily on inline editing. Its going to frustrate users moving from an app that currently is:
click the cell > type the number & press return
to tadabase inline editing:
click the cell > cursor to field & highlight number > type the number > cursor to update & click update
