One of the leading solar companies in the US is seeking a Tadabase developer as one of the first employees of a new division that will build a sustainable energy app for bidding, estimating and contracting solar projects.
This new division will have the opportunities of a startup including rapid growth and vested shares while also benefiting from the stability and pedigree of a 20-year-old company that is an industry leader with over $100M in sales in 2024.
We are seeking a Tadabase Developer who will be responsible for supporting the build-out of an estimating, bidding and contracting system.
A strong understanding of the Tadabase system is required. Additional capability with Javascript and CSS is helpful but not required. The key quality we’re looking for is an process mindset and strong understanding of the Tadabase system.
This position must perform all duties listed below under the supervision of the Division President.
The Staff Tadabase Developer day to day activities will include:

Build and Refine Data Table Structures for Multiple Interconnected Systems and Processes

Build and Refine Pages with Tables, Lists, and Custom Views to interact with records in multiple ways such as:

Parent, Child, Grandchild and Great GrandChild Record Groups

Assigning connected records to each other with multiple pages and logins

Setting up multiple access levels of data based on login

Work with solar project developers managers to understand their process and create data flows and interfaces to accommodate.

Oversee test scenarios with actual project data

Manage expansion of system use including adding users and training them on the system,

Must have the ability to work independently, meet schedules achieve goals

Demonstrate concepts of team building, collaborating with others, and a positive attitude. Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the company and the new division.
