Subscription Module

One of my client faced problem in subscription module of Tadabase, he completed subscription using VISA credit card, On the subcription page it shows subscribed suceessfully, and even shows the plan details, But when he try to access the app it shows incomplete subcription. This happen two times, Also he has not got the invoice for the same.

is any process is missing from client end?

I think you’re best move is to contact support directly via chat or submitting a ticket, both are located on the builder menu.
