Today i noticed an exclamation on table rules and apparently are no longer part of my plan, i have business elite the highest advertised plan. My app is broken as a result as table rules are not running. it says upgrade to add table rules but there is nothing to upgrade too. Not sure if its a bug a badly managed feature change but either way its not good. anyone else impacted by this?
according to pricing table on the website table rules are included in every package, so whats going on? I am not impressed with this.

I’ve seen this a few weeks ago, customer support resolved it promptly and everything went back to normal. It might be related to back-end updates by Tadabase.
massively frustrating as a lot of table rules are set on “create” record so i cant fix this easily even when turned back on without lots of manual work and checking.
Table Rules are certainly available on all plans. Have you sent in a ticket or can you give me the App ID?

@moe @adi Was this a larger issue for everyone on business elite? I noticed several auto-values that are filled in by table rules were not created on the 16th from around 10-1 central. Is that timeline roughly accurate so I can repair those records?
This issue did impact your plan.
This was entirely our mistake. A support team member was testing a change and accidentally modified the live Elite plan instead of the Elite Test plan. That change applied to all customers on Elite and caused the issue you experienced.
We have already corrected the setting.
We are also making internal changes to prevent this from happening again:

Renaming internal test plans to make them clearly distinct

Adding additional safeguards before any changes can be made to active customer plans
Active customer plans will now require an extra confirmation step before updates can be applied.
This was 100 percent on us. I apologize for the impact this caused.
