Terminate Import Functionality

Hey all,

I have had a recurring issue where a data import on the builder hangs and refuses to time out. I’m sure this will be improved with Imports V2. In the meantime, there does not appear to be a way to terminate the hung imports, so I must always reach out to support when they occur. Perhaps the option is intended to be in logs, but that page consistently fails to load content.

You can terminate the import by going to Automations > Import Templates > Show Logs. All running imports will appear there and can be terminated.
