Workflow Updates:
We’ve added a major expansion to Workflows this week, with more integrations, new ways to transform values, and additional safeguards for batch operations.

23 New Integrations: Workflows now support 23 additional integrations, giving you even more ways to connect your apps and automate processes directly within Tadabase. -
New Value Transformations:
We’ve added three new transformations that can be used anywhere you’re building a value within a Workflow:-
Random Number: Generate whole numbers, decimals, or zero padded digit codes, including verification codes and order numbers.

Loan Payment: Calculate monthly payments, total payments, or total interest using loan terms in months or years.

URL Parts: Extract the domain, host, path, or specific query parameters from any URL.

Safer Batch Updates & Deletes:
We’ve added new safeguards to Batch Update and Batch Delete actions to help prevent unintended changes across large datasets. You can now require a minimum number of conditions before an action can run and set a maximum number of records that can be processed in a single run.
Tada AI & Studio:
We’ve had another big week of updates across Tada AI & Studio, with more personalization, better support for shared apps, and lots of improvements to the overall building experience.
Tell Tada AI About You: There’s a new About Me section in your profile where you can tell Tada AI what you’re building, how you like to work, and how you’d like it to approach changes.
This context carries across your chats and builds, so you don’t have to explain the same things every time.

A Better Welcome for Existing Tadabase Customers:
Existing Tadabase builders now get a streamlined onboarding experience when trying Tada AI, including a welcome video, an overview of owned and shared apps, app access information, and a simple explanation of how AI credits work. -
Better Support for Shared Apps:
A new Shared With You section makes it easier to find and open apps others have shared with you. Shared apps also appear directly in the app picker, complete with live thumbnails and clear labels. -
More Control Over AI Credits:
When working on an app you don’t own, you can now see whose credits will be used for the AI run and, when permitted by the app owner, choose between your own credits and theirs. -
Easier App Sharing:
Published apps now include a dedicated Share option, making it easier to send your live app to others. Shared links also include richer previews with your app’s title, description, and latest screenshot. -
Public App Gallery:
Community built apps can now be explored through a public gallery without requiring users to sign in. -
Calendar Improvements:
Clicking a Calendar event now opens a detail popup using your configured Displayed Fields. We’ve also made the +3 More option clickable so you can easily access additional events on busy days. -
Improved Live Preview:
Live Preview now gives you much more visibility into what’s happening while your app starts, including real boot stages, elapsed time, and progress updates. We’ve also improved retry behavior, warm preview loading, and the experience when rebuilding or waking an app. -
More Fields on Cards:
Cards can now display up to 30 fields, with clearer feedback if you attempt to exceed the limit.
Dropbox Storage Update:
Dropbox is being retired as a file storage option for new configurations. Existing apps that are still using Dropbox will continue to work and will receive a notice with more information.
Bookmarkable Workspace Views:
Workspace pages are now reflected directly in the URL, making it possible to bookmark or share a direct link to specific Members, Roles, or Settings views.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Generated Password values not sending correctly in workflow emails.
- Fixed Pipe response values returning as null when passed into Custom Code actions.
- Fixed CSV imports matching Select field options by partial text instead of the exact value, preventing values like “Open” from incorrectly matching “Reopened.”
- Fixed Stripe elements in Form Display Rules, including forms not saving correctly when the Stripe element was hidden.
- Fixed the Maximum Number of Files setting so files already saved on a record are correctly counted toward the configured limit.
- Fixed occasional Too Many Requests errors during sign in by improving how rate limits identify individual users.
- Fixed annual pricing displaying incorrectly on new and legacy plans.
- Fixed personal Workspace app access displaying as Access: 0 even when permissions were saved correctly.
