Our engineers have shared:
Workflow Updates:
We’ve added more flexibility to Workflow Branches, making it easier to build advanced automation flows.
Run Multiple Matching Branches:
You can now choose to run all matching branches instead of stopping after the first matching condition. This makes it easier to execute multiple actions when a record meets more than one set of criteria.
Continue After Branches Complete:
We’ve also added a new option that allows all branches to continue down a shared workflow path once they’ve finished executing. This makes it much easier to build complex workflows without duplicating steps across multiple branches.
Incoming Webhook Enhancements:
Incoming Webhook triggers now support validation conditions, additional security options, improved handling of large payloads, and enhanced logging with better real time activity tracking.
Fields & Formula Updates:
We’ve made several improvements to Equation, Rollup, and Dynamic Fields to improve accuracy and consistency throughout your applications.
Better Equation Handling:
Equation fields now treat blank numeric values as 0 during calculations, preventing unexpected null results.
Timezone Aware Equations:
Date and time functions in Equation fields now use your application’s configured timezone instead of the server timezone, providing more consistent results across your app.
Records & Components:
We’ve added a couple of enhancements to make working with Rollup and Connected fields even more flexible.
Rollup Field Support
Rollup fields can now be used in Card and Universal Component calculations, making it easier to summarize and display aggregate data throughout your app.
Connected Table Field Display
Universal Detail Components now include a new option to display the Connected Table name alongside connected fields, providing additional context when working with related records.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Rollup fields with Concatenate displaying record IDs instead of display values when rolling up Connection fields.
- Fixed Rollup fields losing currency and decimal formatting in Data Tables and Universal Components.
- Fixed Dynamic Field math helpers rendering blank in Dynamic Fields, Custom Components, and PDF Pages.
- Disabled sorting on Dynamic Field columns, which are not supported for server side sorting.
- Fixed Checkbox fields in the builder, including inline editing and saving unchecked values correctly.
- Fixed record rules copying files between records to prevent File Mismatch errors.
- Fixed Redirect to Connected Page so forms now redirect using the saved record.
- Fixed several issues with Subforms, including connection field searches and saving parent child relationships.
- Fixed Time field filters in the builder’s Data Table.
- Fixed Export Templates, including Date/Time field mapping, system fields, and format overrides.
- Fixed Table Links displaying blank labels when using Name or Address fields.
- Fixed crashes in the Map Layout editor when resizing columns or dragging fields into empty columns.
- Fixed a styling issue in Search V2.
- Fixed several critical issues with the Loop workflow block.
- Fixed rich text formatting and long number rendering in workflow emails.
- Fixed the Duplicate Record action, including override value behavior and formula value updates.
- Fixed various validation issues affecting Incoming Webhook workflows.
- Fixed Rich Text fields displaying raw HTML tags instead of properly rendered content.
- Improved HTML sanitization to better protect against unsupported or unsafe markup.
- Fixed long numeric values displaying in scientific notation within workflow emails.
- Fixed the Duplicate Record action, including override value behavior and formula values not updating correctly.
