August has arrived and our team is sinking in with another update. Here’s the scoop:
Our engineers have been tinkering away and are presenting us with:
Two new features:
We’ve enabled the delete functionality for all apps so you can delete any files from their location.
Here are some important notes to keep in mind:
-
If an app is a copy of a prior app, the files are still the same. Copied apps don’t recreate the original files.
In the following scenario, the file will be removed from all apps.- Uploaded a file into App1.
- Copied App1 and it’s now called App2.
- Deleting the file from App1 OR App2 will remove the file from both apps.
-
Dropbox files are not able to be deleted using this method. Dropbox files are within your account and should be deleted by logging into your own account.
We are currently working on a way to run batch deletes based on defined criteria.
Added tooltip to cards feature
You can now give your users some more context to understand what’s behind the metric being displayed with a simple tooltip.
New Plugins:
Filtered Join Record Selector plugin - This plugin filters selectable records in a form dropdown to only display entries whose IDs exist in a predefined list.
Print as PDF Button plugin- adds a button to print the current component as a PDF, ensuring a user-friendly way to generate and print PDF documents.
Record History highlighter plugin- highlights changes in record history tables, making it easier to track modifications.
