It’s the last Tuesday of March, the full moon is glowing and our team is beaming with excitement in this update. Let’s catch up:
Our engineers have been working on some new features to increase User security and accessibility including:
Password lifecycle Management to help prevent reusing previously used Passwords. Also, password expiration, to force users to reset passwords after a certain time frame.

Restricting multi-sessions using the same account. This will help ensure each user account can only logIn once at a time so shared credentials aren’t being used. -
And finally, we’re creating a ‘magic link’ configuration so you can enable users to login with a link instead of email/password.
Magic links will have additional configurations such as expiration, IP restrictions, and more. you’ll be able to see a log of used links as well as open links that can be revoked.
This will be live for all users within a few weeks. More on this soon!

New! Date Format Validation and Correction plugin automatically validates and corrects date formats based on user preferences. For example, inputting 9/5/24 will automatically convert to 09/05/2024 More on this plugin here.
