:new: Task Updates:

We’ve rolled out several improvements to scheduled tasks to enhance their functionality and error handling:

  • New Description Field: You can now add a description to your tasks for better clarity and management. :information_source:

  • Improved Time Limit Error Handling: If a task exceeds its time limit, instead of failing silently, it will now send you an email notification, letting you know the task wasn’t completed successfully. :hourglass:

:arrow_forward: These updates are designed to improve task management and ensure you stay informed about your scheduled tasks.

:bug: Bug Fixes and Improvements:

It’s been a jam-packed week of improvements and fixes to enhance your experience. Our team has been hard at work addressing bugs and making platform improvements:

  • Fixed issue with blank values in pipe headers during testing. :plunger:

  • Added required last name option in the signup process. :eight_spoked_asterisk:

  • Updated profile component to allow the inclusion of last name. :man:

  • Fixed folder count issues for more accurate data display. :open_file_folder:

  • Revised back button behavior in the folder list (now, clicking on a folder and then going back will no longer exit Tadabase). :back:

  • Resolved issue with some icons not displaying correctly.

  • Fixed profile popup not showing the correct 2FA and email notification settings. :email:

  • Improved DNS verification reliability for smoother setup. :saluting_face:

  • Updated stats page to better show your usage summary. :bar_chart:

  • Enhanced security for PDF forms and layouts following a recent pentest. :lock:

  • Added option to refresh app screenshots in the list view. :arrows_counterclockwise:

  • Improved logout behavior in the builder for a smoother user experience. :man_technologist:

:jigsaw: New Plugin: PDF Field Editor with Preview (Beta):

This plugin allows users to interactively edit PDF forms directly within the browser. :pencil2:

:key: Key Features:

  • The PDF document is loaded and displayed with editable fields (text boxes, checkboxes, dropdowns) overlaid on a canvas preview.

  • Any changes made to the form are synced in real-time with the preview, allowing for seamless editing.

  • Users can easily modify text, checkboxes, and dropdown selections, with changes immediately reflected in the PDF preview.

(Note: This plugin is still in beta, so support is not available at this time.)
