Mid-July has arrived but our team is anything but mid bringing you this update. Let’s dive in:
Our engineers have added:
New Feature: PDF Password Placeholder in Action Rules
Our latest PDF Forms feature now supports password protection, and soon, you’ll be able to define a custom password directly in the action rule. This will allow you to set unique passwords for each PDF, rather than using a single password for all PDFs.
Importer Updates:
We’re continuing to enhance our Importer and are excited to share that soon, you’ll be able to import data from any API, in addition to the existing support for Excel, CSV, and JSON files. This update will provide even more flexibility and convenience when integrating data into your app.
Fixed some bugs, including:
-
Low Security Fixes: Several security fixes have been implemented based on our recent and ongoing pentesting efforts.
-
Fixed Issue with Calendar Views: Resolved the issue of a dash appearing between words in calendar views.
-
Search Functionality in Fields Tab: Fixed the issue with search not working correctly in the fields tab.
-
UI and Text Overlap: Corrected the issue where UI elements and text were overlapping.
For a complete list of fixes, see our release notes here.
New ZIP and Unzip Pipes:
We’re introducing two new pipes to simplify file management:
-
ZIP Pipe: This pipe allows you to select multiple files from records and combine them into a single ZIP file.
-
Unzip Pipe: This pipe lets you take a single ZIP file and automatically create multiple records based on its contents.
Behind the Scenes:
We have a lot of great things cooking behind the scenes and are excited to launch them very soon! Many of the features we’ve mentioned are already at the 95% mark and are currently being tested. We’re aiming to go live for all users within the next few days. Stay tuned for the upcoming releases!
That’s all for this one, Tadabasers. Happy building and see you next week!
