Tada AI & Studio:
We’ve made several improvements to the Tada AI home and getting started experience, making it easier to jump back into your work and find everything you need.

A New Home:
Tada AI now opens to a redesigned dashboard with your credit balance, recently used apps, searchable app library, recent activity, and getting started progress all in one place.

Improved Getting Started Experience:
New users now have a guided, step by step onboarding experience with helpful resources and a one time credit bonus for completing it.

Redesigned Account Menu:
The account menu has been reorganized to make your plan, AI credit usage, and account settings easier to find. The plan comparison page is also now bookmarkable. -
Smarter Sign In & Trial Experience:
You’ll now receive an in product reminder before your trial ends, and signing in will return you directly to the page you were trying to access, including when using Google sign in.

HIPAA Settings in Your App:
HIPAA enabled apps now include a dedicated HIPAA tab in App Settings, bringing Compliance Center information directly into the app you’re working on.
Building & Previews:

Faster App Previews:
First previews for new apps are now about 3x faster, dropping from roughly 17 seconds to around 5. Previews also stay warm longer, making it faster to jump back into an app later.

Running Apps:
A new Running Apps screen gives you one place to see which of your apps are currently running, their usage and addresses, and options to stop or restart them.
Smarter Undo & Build Timeline:
Undo is now available where it makes sense, starting with changes made after your initial build. We’ve also improved the Build Timeline to better organize activity and preserve your progress after a refresh.
Better Build Completion Emails:
Your App is Ready emails now include a personalized subject, your original request, credits used, a Preview link, and a Publish button that takes you directly to publishing.
Easier Editor Access:
Apps that already have an Interface now open directly in the editor from the app grid, workspace list, sidebar, or recent apps.
Sharing, Roles & Access
We’ve added several improvements to make app sharing and permissions easier to understand and manage.

New Access Overview
A new Access page shows exactly what permissions you have on a shared app, why you have them, and whose AI credits will be used. If you need additional access, you can now request specific permissions directly from the app owner.

Clearer Role Permissions:
When sharing an app, you’ll now see a quick summary of what each role allows, with the option to view the role’s full permissions before inviting someone.

Customizable Workspace Roles:
Built in roles can now be customized for each workspace, with clear indicators showing what’s changed and an option to reset back to the defaults. You can also copy existing roles to make creating new permission sets easier.

Custom Domains:
Simpler Domain Setup:
Connecting a custom domain now requires just one DNS record instead of three. Existing domains will transition automatically with no DNS changes required.
Clearer Domain Status:
Domain settings now provide more detailed certificate and verification information, including what’s still required, any reported errors, and when the domain was last checked.
Faster DNS Verification:
DNS checks now use public resolvers for faster verification, so newly created records can be detected almost immediately. Root domains without www can now be verified as well.

Usage, Credits & Settings:
Better Historical Usage Tracking:
Deleted apps now remain visible in Usage by App when they used credits during the selected period, including their original app name and a Deleted badge, making it easier to understand historical credit usage.

Temp Mail Improvements:

Account & Profile Updates
You can now delete your account directly from your profile with email confirmation, and profile photos now save immediately after they’re selected.

API & Security Updates:
We’ve continued strengthening API security and improving the sign in experience.
More Reliable 2FA
We’ve improved app sign in with 2FA to prevent duplicate codes, make verification smoother, and ensure login activity is only recorded after successful verification. We’ve also added additional rate limiting for app sign in.
Cleaner API Errors
API error responses now provide clear messages and a short support reference instead of exposing underlying database details, making errors both safer and easier to troubleshoot.
Recalculate Fields API
A new API route lets you recalculate Rollup and Equation field values on demand.
Templates:
Explore Templates Before Installing:
You can now get a much deeper look at what’s inside a template before adding it to your account, including Data Tables and relationships, User Roles, Workflows, Email Templates, and Import/Export Templates.
Documentation:
New Infrastructure Guides:
We’ve added new documentation to help you better understand how Tadabase works behind the scenes, including how data moves through the platform, the difference between the interface and host, and where AI fits into the infrastructure.
We’ve also introduced a new Guides section with step by step resources, with more to come.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Send Email Workflow actions being saved without a recipient.
- Fixed RLS API rate limits lasting longer than configured and improved Too Many Requests responses to show how long to wait.
- Fixed RLS and Domain API sign in incorrectly blocking Active users when Active wasn’t the first option in the status field.
- Fixed several 2FA sign in issues, including duplicate codes and the sign in button remaining stuck after interrupted requests.
- Fixed issues where members invited to a personal workspace couldn’t see its apps and some workspaces appeared twice in the workspace list.
- Fixed previews displaying a white page for apps using certain packages.
- Fixed icons appearing as empty boxes in development previews.
- Fixed completed builds incorrectly displaying No Diff Available when reopened.
- Fixed fractional credits being omitted from Transaction History, causing totals to differ from the displayed balance.
- Fixed Usage by App failing to load when switching from All Workspaces to a specific workspace.
- Fixed several Record Editor issues, including fields incorrectly displaying as empty, keyboard controls becoming unresponsive, and the editor unexpectedly reopening.
- Fixed an issue that could cause Data Tables to freeze the browser when navigating between records and sections.
- Fixed new apps crashing when a Gallery was added to a table without an Image field.
- Fixed one click email verification links failing for new signups and improved messaging for links that have already been verified.
- Fixed Google signups not retaining the plan selected from the pricing page.
- Fixed Gallery filters, the Top Rated tab, and Use This Template buttons not working correctly.
