Unable to Login to Builder (Can't Access App Data)

Currently getting an “error” when trying to login. Is anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE: Can now no longer access app data on either of our two apps. All tables and cards look something like this.

I can’t login either

There appears to have been an error starting 22:46:33 EST until 23:03:03 EST which was resolved when the servers failed over.

We are investigating the specifics of what happened, as of now we know that a cluster of servers in the Builder and the Apps seemed to have had a cache config issue (they share a redis cache cluster).

Will update again soon.

Update: Sometimes have to refresh the page 2+ times before content is displayed. However, I am able to access information.

Thanks for the update. I am now able to get back into the builder but client side apps are still suffering. I can get to the login page but stay in a loading loop after login and never get into the app. A public facing page ( CTF Portal ) also perpetually loads.

@moe Hey Moe, it looks like things are still in a degraded state. Specifically, PDF form generation is broken and page redirect rules. For example, when a user’s session times out, they are not redirected to the homepage. On Login, the user is not directed to the homepage.

Same issue here. When users navigate to the app URL, the login screen never renders, just a completely blank page (no form, no error). This is occurring consistently across users and browsers. Appears to be an app load/runtime issue.
